The Azerbaijan writes about entrepreneurship, which has ancient roots in Azerbaijan. The author goes into the historical details of entrepreneurship. At present, more than 80% of the country's economy is in the private sector, and approximately 70% of the employed population is in this sector.
The Echo published an article titled Way out of Crisis for Azerbaijan - Full-Scale Reforms. One of the most important conditions for the development of the economy is attracting investment. Reforms should be carried out practically in all spheres, beginning from the legislative base and ending with land plots that are practically in a fragmented state. During the reporting period, the volume of foreign investments in fixed assets amounted to 5 billion 280.9 million manats (60.5% of total investments), and domestic investments totaled 3 billion 447.9 million manats (39.5% of all investments).

The company intends to build high-rise buildings and resettle the residents of the existing five-storied buildings, which they refuse of. The residents are offered to live in rented apartments for three years, and then get an apartment in a new building.
