The strengthening of Azerbaijan in recent years from the economic point of view, the problems of entrepreneurs with the import of goods into the country, and the increase in meat imports are the leading topics of today's press.
The newspaper Azerbaijan published an article on the economic strength of the region. The author writes that Azerbaijan in the pace of economic growth is in the forefront, despite the fall in the price of oil.
The currency reserve of the country that has fallen to 37 billion dollars over the past 2 years has risen to 44 billion dollars. Further the author tells about all economic successes and provides the digital data.
The website Marja.az writes that with the deepening of the crisis, difficulties have arisen with the delivery of goods to the country. Turkish companies engaged in cargo transportation do not accept orders for the delivery of goods to Azerbaijan. First they asked for $ 5 for 1 kg of goods, and then completely refused. This is caused by the problems that have arisen in the registration of documents at customs, which is why entrepreneurs lose money.
The newspaper Novoye Vremya published an article on food security and on the growth of Azerbaijan's dependence on Ukrainian meat.
This pro-Russian publication believes that the import of meat from Ukraine and the dependency on this country are a blow to Azerbaijan's food security.
