Prison Service: Rights of Leyla Yunus not limited
The Prison Service has denied reports of poor conditions of Leyla Yunus in prison in Kurdakhani.
The Prison Service representative Yashar Isakov told Turan that such reports are untrue.
In the Baku detention facility the rights of all persons held there are guaranteed. They use the telephone, receive parcels and medical assistance, walk, etc.
"Statements by Yunus on preparing provocations against her are an invention in order to attract public attention," said Isakov.
He also denied the opportunity to commit illegal or violent acts against persons held in detention centers. "The Prison Service guarantees their safety," he said.
With regard to the health problems of Leyla Yunus, she has been examined by experts from the General Hospital of the Prison Service.
Recall that Leyla Yunus arrested for 3 months is accused of treason, illegal business and fraud.
