Baku/09.04.14/Turan : The Main Department for Combating Corruption under the General Prosecutor's Office conducted an investigation against officials of the Sheki district branch of Agroleasing.
As the press service of the Prosecutor General reported, the head of the branch Rafim Gurbanov registered sale of fertilizers to 55 farmers at reduced prices without their knowledge. However, in reality the products was sold to other individuals and legal entities , thereby , gaining 789,512 manats.
At the same time , the enterprise did not receive 55,124 manat for the fertilizers.
A criminal case was filed under article 179.3.2 ( embezzlement) of the Criminal Code . -03D-
