Protest Action in Front of Azerbaijani Embassy in Berlin
On January 18 in Berlin, political emigrants from Azerbaijan held a protest action in front of the Azerbaijani Embassy in Germany.
According to Radio Azadlig, about 60 protesters chanted "Freedom to political prisoners!", "Stop arrests on false charges!" and demanded the resignation of President Ilham Aliyev and the restoration of a fair judicial system.
The protesters demanded the authorities stop repression against the youth activists in the country. At the end of the rally the participants threw a large photo of the Heydar Aliyev monument to the ground and trampled it. -03D-
