Protest employees "Azadlig" front company " Gasid "
The staff of newspaper "Azadlig" held a picket in front of the press distribution office under the slogan: "Give our money ", " Shame on those who strangles Freedom."
The firm owes the newspaper 70,000 manat . Director of "Gasid", Mirkazym Kazymov, said the protesters that from the moment of receiving the letter on the execution of judgments the debt of the newspaper will be partially repaid.
In October 2013 the bank account of "Azadlig" was arrested. Then "Gasid" was ordered to stop transferences to the account of the newspaper, and list them on account of the plaintiffs, who have won lawsuits against the publisher. However, late last year, "Azadlig" paid compensation to plaintiffs .
The "Gasid" claims it did not receive relevant notice from bailiffs. The Editorial and " Gasid " agreed for two days to clarify the situation in court.
In 2012 the newspaper "Azadlig" was fined 65,000 AZN on the claims of the head of the shopping center "Bina", Kabira Mamedova and the head of the Baku metro, Tagi Akhmedov.
