In the past day, a significant amount of precipitation fell in the regions of the country in the mountainous regions of the Lesser and Greater Caucasus and in the south of the country in the Talysh mountains.
Abundant precipitation also fell in Baku and Absheron, amounting to 98% of the monthly norm. The wind speed reached 15 meters. In Ganja and Neftchala, the wind speed reached 24 meters per second.
The air temperature has dropped by several degrees since August 16 and will remain at the same level for the near future.
