Resident of Lankaran Seized 25 Kg of Drugs
Baku / 01.06.18 / Turan: The State Customs Service together with the Interior Ministry detained a resident of the city of Lankaran, Miraziz Agayev, while trying to sell a large consignment of drugs.
The State Customs Service informed that during the operation, the potential "buyer", whose role was played by an operative customs officer, invited Agayev to the Mashtaga settlement. On Fuzuli Street, the "purchase" took place, after which Agayev was detained. When examining his car, the law enforcers found about 15 kg of opium and almost 10 kg of hashish.
A criminal case has been filed, and Agayev has been arrested. -02D-

Military expert and regular on state television channels, Adalat Verdiyev, has been accused of a serious crime—disclosure of military secrets. According to the charge (Article 308 of the Criminal Code), if the accused can prove the disclosure was unintentional, they may face 3 to 7 years in prison.
