Prosecutor accused Asgarov of murdering a teenager Smbat Tsakanyan.
On June 29 Shahbaz Guliyev (1968), Dilgam Askerov (1960), and Hasan Hasanov (he was killed in a shootout), were at the territory of Kelbajar region occupied by Armenians. They were spotted and arrested. Hasanov died. The residents of Kelbajar said they wanted to visit their homes and graves of their parents. Their trial began on October 27. -02D-
