In turn, the press service of the Prosecutor General's Office reported that the results of audits of the Accounting Chamber caused a criminal case under Article 179.3.2 (embezzlement and misappropriation in a large scale), 308.1 (abuse of power), and 313 (neglect of official duty).
The report of the Prosecution also noted that during the inspection it was found that the financially responsible persons of the University improperly invoiced the teachers, assigning additional payment.
