Sensational Confession from Tural Mustafayev
Tural Mustafayev, on the complaint of which the journalist Khadija Ismailova was arrested, made a sensational confession that he slandered her under pressure of law enforcement bodies. His video message is distributed on Youtube.
Mustafayev said that on October 20, 2014 he really took poison for the purpose of suicide. During the investigation of this case in the Baku Prosecutor's Office, the first deputy head of the department Azer Askerov and the investigator Vaghif Suleymanov forced him to write a statement that the suicide attempt was forced by Ismailova.
At the same time, Mustafayev was blackmailed with a secret video capture made by the MNS in his rented apartment.
"I was told that if I did not write the statement, the video would be distributed. At the video there are many people whose names I do not want to call," said Mustafayev, without specifying what exactly is depicted on the shooting.
On December 27, 2014 Mustafayev wrote on his Facebook page that he renounced his claims to Ismailova and tried to fly to Moscow. However, the prosecutor's office banned him from leaving the country and he was detained by police in Goychay. From there, the police and the National Security Ministry took him to Baku and kept him in a rented apartment under virtual house arrest. Until February 14, he was beaten and demanded that he should not refuse the complaint against Ismailova.
At the same time, the security services cracked his profile on Facebook and his e-mail address.
On February 14 he was taken to Psychiatric Hospital No 1, where he was forced to take psychotropic drugs. This continued until February 28 and then he went to his parents' house in Goychay.
On April 8 Mustafayev wrote a letter to the Prosecutor General Zakir Garalov that he refuses to appeal against Ismailova and requested to lift the ban on leaving the country.
In his video address Mustafayev also said that in addition to him, the secret services "recruited" several people recorded on that ill-fated movie in the rented apartment, again without explaining exactly what is on the video.
Next Mustafayev said that he was threatened by the head of the Antiterrorist Center of MNS Ilgar Aliyev, an employee Azer Majidov and a number of others, who said that if he takes back the statement against Ismailova, he will have big problems.
However, Mustafayev refuses of his complaint against Ismailova.
In an interview with Turan on the morning of May 4 Mustafayev said that on May 5 at 10:00 a.m., he was summoned to the Investigation Department for Serious Crimes at the Prosecutor General's Office.
Mustafayev is looking for a lawyer to go for questioning with him. -06D-
