According to him, for 8 months of this year in Fizuli region, out of 139 requests for child disability, 99 were refused at the first stage. Of the 166 citizens who wanted to get a disability, 152 were refused.
The deputy appealed to the Cabinet of Ministers in connection with the creation of a transparent and fair mechanism that will provide these opportunities to citizens with disabilities
The website Sfera.az puts on the agenda the issue of closing Russian-language schools in the country. MPs are raising the issue of the priority of the Azerbaijani language as the state language.
The deputies also believe that the state should not fund education in a foreign language. In addition, the geography and history of Azerbaijan, as well as Azerbaijani literature and language, should be studied in Russian-language schools.
