Snowfall to Last Coming Day and Night
Last night precipitation in the form of snow and rain was observed throughout the country. According to weather forecasters, precipiation amounted to 1-2 mm in Baku, 29 mm in the mountains of the Greater Caucasus, 42 mm in Lankaran-Astara, 13-15 mm in the mountains of the Lesser Caucasus, and 10 mm in the Central Lowlands.
The snow depth was 22 cm in Gadabay, 17 cm in Khinalig, 13 cm in Zagatala, 8 cm in Shamakhi, and 5 cm in Ismayilli.
On December 16 cessation of the precipitation is expected. However, the temperature will remain low and will be -1-4 degrees at night and + 1 + 4 by day. Roads will be icy at night and in the morning. -02D-
