Recall that a resident of the village of Chinari in the Tavush region of Armenia Karen Petrosyan moved to the Azerbaijani side on 6 August. According to residents of the Azerbaijani village Agbulag, they detained Petrosyan and handed him over to the military. Later, the authorities announced that Petrosyan was a saboteur. But the next day Petrosyan died of heart failure. -02D-
