The court left Faig Amirov custody
The Nasimi District Court of Baku dismissed the petition on the transfer of the financial director of the newspaper "Azadlig" Faig Amirov to house arrest for health reasons, according to his lawyer Agil Laidjev. He recalled that Amirov suffers from stomach, and in the jail he does not have dietary food and necessary treatment. Amirov was arrested in August 2016 . He was charged under Articles 283.1 (inciting religious hatred) and 168.1 (infringement of human rights under the pretext of performing religious rites) of the Criminal Code. The investigation accuses him due to the Movement of "Khizmat" by Fethullah Gulen, who was announced in Turkey announced an organizer of the failed coup d'etat in July 2016.-05B06—

A fire has erupted at the Experimental and Testing Production of the Scientific Research Institute of SOCAR (the state oil company) in the Surakhani district of Baku, the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported.
