Baku/27.02.21/Turan: Over the past day, 278 new cases of coronavirus infection have been detected in Azerbaijan, 172 patients have recovered, 5 have died, the Operational Headquarters for Combating Coronavirus under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan said on February 27.
The total number of infected reached 234 267, including 228 651 recovered, 3218 died, 2398 active patients continue treatment.
A total of 2,591,235 tests were carried out in Azerbaijan to detect coronavirus infection, including 7873 in the last 24 hours. — 06D—

President of the European Parliament Roberta Metsola has invited Azerbaijani economist and political prisoner Professor Gubad Ibadoglu to Strasbourg to attend the 2024 Sakharov Prize award ceremony.
