Baku / 12.08.20 / Turan: 93 new cases of COVID-19 infection were detected in Azerbaijan per day.
At the same time, 202 people recovered, two died, the Operational Headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers said on August 12.
The total number of infected has reached 33,824. Of these, 31,058 have recovered, 497 have died, and 2,269 active patients are continuing treatment.

As part of the struggle against illegal migration in Baku city, operative actions were carried out at different addresses. The Interior Ministry reports that employees of the Department for Combating Illegal Migration identified and detained 34 foreigners without documents giving the right to reside and stay on the territory of Azerbaijan.
