The German Embassy will not issue visas two weeks
From December 24 to January 4, the consular section of the German Embassy will be closed.
Those wishing to visit Germany please visit the website www.baku.diplo.de three weeks prior to travel in the winter and six weeks - in the summer.
A Schengen visa is normally issued within one day after the date of appointment.
All necessary information to apply for a visa can be found at: www.baku.diplo.de in the Azerbaijani and Russian languages, the embassy said. -04D-

As part of the struggle against illegal migration in Baku city, operative actions were carried out at different addresses. The Interior Ministry reports that employees of the Department for Combating Illegal Migration identified and detained 34 foreigners without documents giving the right to reside and stay on the territory of Azerbaijan.
