Azerbaijan receives loan from KfW for the project "Cadastre and Registration of Real Estate"
In the coming days, the government of Azerbaijan will sign with the German bank KfW loan agreement in the amount of EUR 2.5 million for the project "Cadastre and registration of real property." Cabinet ministers empowered to sign this credit agreement at the head of the Ministry of Finance and the State Committee on Property.
In addition, KfW provides for the implementation of technical assistance projects in the amount of EUR 1 million.
Note that from 2007 in Azerbaijan, a project of unified register of real estate has been arranged. The project cost is $ 38,570,000, of which $ 30 million the World Bank has allocated for a period of 20 years. The project provides for automation of registration of real estate, management and maintenance of the register of state property, and the implementation of cartography and land management based on modern standards. - 08B-
