The members of the punished election committee sue the "Azadlig" and Meydan TV
Afruz Hajiyeva, who led during the municipal elections on December 23 the Election Commission N12 in Yasamal district filed a lawsuit against "Azadlig" newspaper and Internet TV Meydan TV. Lawsuits were filed on behalf of all members of the precinct election commission, who accuse the above media of insulting the honor, dignity and business reputation, and require 5,000 manat compensation. The cause of action is noted the spread of video from a polling station on election day. A journalist Javid Abdullayev filmed in the area a woman who was stuffing bulletins, and committee members quietly watched it. After the questions from journalists, the head of the commission began to exert pressure on him, and evicted him.
