Defense Minister Zakir Hasanov and his deputy, Chief of the General Staff of the armed forces, Najmeddin Sadigov, visited frontline zone.
According to the press service of the Defense Ministry, they met with the staff and got acquainted with the situation in military units.
The generals also talked to the officers and soldiers on combat duty.
They studied the readiness situation in the front-line units, moral and psychological state of the personnel, logistics units, providing them with arms and equipment.
They also heard reports and proposals of commanders, gave orders to improve combat readiness, strengthening military discipline and improvement of the social situation of militants. —06D--

The Interior Ministry reports that employees of the Department for Combating Illegal Migration identified and detained 34 foreigners without documents giving the right to reside and stay on the territory of Azerbaijan.

During the operation of the Main Drug Control Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, 5 members of an organized group engaged in drug trafficking were detained. All of them have previous convictions: Bahlul Ismayilov, Royal Aliyev, Khayal Aliyev, Samir Aghayev, and Ali Mammadli.
