The prosecutor asks to condemn the singer and the staff of the Prison Service
Baku / 05.11.18 / Turan: The prosecutor offered to sentence the singer Feday Lachin to 6 years in prison on charges of involvement in the escape of prisoners. On October 23, 2017, prisoners Ali Agami and Etibar Mammadov, nicknamed "Goja", escaped from a special train during the stage from Lankaran to Baku. Agami was later detained, Mamedov was killed while providing armed resistance. In this case, 12 people were put on trial. Among those arrested are quite a few employees of the Prison Service who, for money, allowed "guests" to the prisoners and allowed them to transfer various items to them. Today, the Baku Serious Crimes Court held a final statement by the state prosecutor Orhan Kangarly. He offered to sentence Lachyn to 6 years in prison, the battalion commander of the Prison Service Bakhruz Abdullayev - to 10 years, the head of the guard Jeyhun Samedov - to 10 years, his deputies - Tural Poladkhanov - to 8.5, , taxi driver Magomed Gadzhiyev - to 8, Gunay Atakishiyev - to 7, Agyl Najafov - to 10, Israfil Soltanov - to 8, Shakhmar Beyalizad - to 8, Tarlan Zeynalov - to 8 years of imprisonment. The procurator asked to sentence the fled Ali Agami to 20 years of imprisonment ( with consideration of the former charge.) -06D--
