The prosecutor"s office clarifies the diagnosis
General Prosecutor Office denies that the information that the doctor of the Prison Service confirmed the rupture of the eardrum of Ilham Amiraslanov, a human rights activist as a result of his beating by police.

But in a medical report dated 11.07.12 (№ 17/38-5329), which has the Turan agency, literally, says only this: There is a "dry perforation of the tympanic membrane of the left ear." And says nothing more about the origin of the perforation, which indicates the Prosecutor Office.
Khalil, brother of Amiraslanov, told Turan that Ilham has never endured the disease ear and never complained of pain in the ear, prior to his arrest on June 8.
Amiraslanov was arrested on June 8, four days after the meeting with the Minister of Emergency Situations, Kamaleddin Heydarov, on resolution of the problems of flood victims in 2010.
