The prosecutor"s office is investigating the incident at the bus station
On April 23 at 13 pm at the Bus Station Inspectors of the Ministry of Transport Rashad Ahmadov and Farid Hasanov stopped the car “Mercedes” belonging to Vusal Hasanov.
The inspectors and some other persons exceeded their power, got into the car and began to demand from Hasanov his driving license, then they used force and beat Hasanov.
In this regard, the Prosecutor's Office of Baku filed a lawsuit under the Article 309.2 (abuse of power.)
Future forensics and investigative activities have been appointed, read the report of prosecutors of Baku.
However, the prosecution did not say that trying to run away from the inspectors , the driver ran and fell from the bridge, and received serious injuries. This case was widely publiched after the video of the incident was placed in the social networks. -02D-
