The trial in the case of NIDA activists is postponed
For two days in the Serious Crimes Court is postponing the trial in the case of seven NIDA activists and a member of the organization "Azad Genjlik." The trial planned or today was also postponed.
According to a lawyer Rashid Hajili, witnesses of the Ministry of National Security did not come to the trial. For this reason, the meeting was adjourned. The judge said that other witnesses will be invited to the next trial.
Members of NIDA suggested to pass a decision on compulsory bringing the witnesses to the court.
The next trial is scheduled for January 30. The defendants are accused in the preparation of riots during a protest in the Fountain Square March 10, 2013. They are also accused of possession of narcotics, explosives and hooliganism. -16D04-
