Tovuz residents rally in Baku
Baku/28.02.20/Turan: A group of residents of the Gushchu village of Dondar in the Tovuz region held a protest rally in Baku on February 28. They protested against the arrest of their fellow villager Ilkin Suleymanov in the case of the murder of an 11-year-old resident of the same village.
Participants and actions demanded the release of Suleymanov, who was not involved in the murder of 11-year-old Narmin Guliyeva.
She disappeared on November 21, 2019 in the village, and on January 6, her charred body was found there.
Ilkin Suleymanov, the Guliyev’s neighbor, was arrested in the case. Suleymanov’s relatives say that he confessed under torture. — 30C-

This year, 22,000 foreign language teachers and an additional 4,000 teachers who were unable to pass certification last year will be involved in the certification process, the director of the state agency for preschool and general education, Eshgi Bagirov, announced on February 12.
