Violations during the trial in the case of Yashar Jafarli

The next court trial in the case of a military expert Yashar Jafarli will be held on August 1. According to his lawyer, Avaz Temirkhan, previous meetings were held with violations and judicial investigation is biased. "The court and the prosecution demonstrated bias against the victim,” he said.

The lawyer said that the second attacker on Jafarli is hiding from the investigation, and the knife found on the second attacker, Elkhan Huseynov, was not reported or included in the list of evidence.
