Witnesses Speak in Arsen Baghdasaryan Trial
Today the Ganja Court of Grave Crimes continued the trial of the Armenian military Arsen Baghdasaryan.
As the regional TV channel Kyapaz TV reported today, witnesses reported that during the arrest Baghdasaryan was in civilian clothes.
With him there were two others that followed, laying mines. They managed to escape back.
Baghdasaryan during the detention introduced himself as Armen Grigoryan.
The trial will continue on April 27.
Recall that Baghdasaryan was arrested Dec. 26, 2014. He was named a member of a subversive group. He faces several charges: preparation of premeditated murder, sabotage and others.
According to local media, at the previous meeting he did not reject the charges.
The Armenian side claims that Baghdasaryan is a deserter and voluntarily appeared on the Azerbaijani side. -03D06-
