Book by Nasibzade: "History of Azerbaijan" published in Turkey
Baku / 03.06.19 / Turan: An Azerbaijani historian, professor and former ambassador to Iran (1992-1993), Nasib Nasibzade, published in Ankara his book "The History of Azerbaijan".
He began work on the last book in 2006. In the book he considers three important aspects of the Azerbaijani statehood of the beginning of the last century: Nationality, State, Politics. These concepts are the subtitle of his book.
The book examines the ideology of Turkism in the formation of the Azerbaijani state, the historical processes in North and South Azerbaijan, which is part of the Iranian state.
A separate chapter examines the influence of Islam on the development of Azerbaijani statehood.
The topic of the doctoral dissertation of Professor Nasibzade was "Socio-economic and political development of South (Iranian) Azerbaijan: 1962-1977." The publishing work was carried out by the Altynordu Publishing House, which distributes a 712-page monograph. Nasibzade is a specialist in the countries of the Islamic East. In 1990, he already published a book about the Azerbaijan People's Republic (1918-1920). -0-

Ahmet Güneştekin answered questions from Turan Information Agency a few days after the opening of his solo exhibition, Lost Alphabet, held in the 8,000-square-meter indoor halls of the Feshane Cultural Center, managed by the Istanbul Municipality.
