Monument to Zeynalabdin Tagiyev to Be Installed in Baku
Baku / 12.03.20 / Turan: A monument will be erected in Baku to the famous industrialist and philanthropist Zeynalabdin Tagiyev. The corresponding order was signed on March 11 by the head of state Ilham Aliyev. The City Hall of the capital and the Ministry of Culture are entrusted to resolve issues related to the establishment of the monument.
It is not clear from the order where the monument will be erected and who will be instructed to create it. It should be noted that the country's public has for many years called on the authorities to perpetuate the merits of Tagiyev, who played a huge role in the socio-political life and history of Azerbaijan in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. -02D-
