On October 14 the Institute of Geography of the National Academy of Sciences will hold a presentation of the three-volume Geography of Azerbaijan.
As stated in the press release of the Academy, the first volume of this fundamental work is called Physical Geography of Azerbaijan, the second is Economic and Social Geography and the third is Regional Geography of Azerbaijan.
Recall that the last fundamental work named Geographical Atlas of Azerbaijan was published in the first half of the 1960s. -02D-

Some periods in cultural history have not been deeply studied, and finding precise, detailed information in the Azerbaijani language is nearly impossible. One such period is the Qajar era, which lasted from 1794 to 1985.
