Bonds of Cotton Company to Be Purchased by Certain Number of Investors
LLC MKT Istehsalat Kommersiya issued 20 thousand non-guaranteed bonds with a nominal value of US $ 1,000. The company intends to use the funds for the implementation of investment plans in the field of processing raw cotton.
The securities will be in circulation for 24 months. They will give their owners the opportunity to earn an income at the level of 6% per annum.
Bonds of Ltd MKT Istehsalat Kommersiya were registered at the Financial Markets Supervision House on October 6.
The investment company AzFinance told Turan the securities will be placed by the closed method, i.e. they will be sold to investors known beforehand.
The company has experience in the issue and placement of corporate bonds. Prior to this, the company’s securities were stationed outside the country.
Ltd MKT Istehsalat Kommersiya operates since 1997. The company owns controlling stakes in many ginneries in the country's regions, a textile factory, a business center in Baku and others. The company's authorized capital amounts to 128,200,000 manats. ----08B
