Participation of popular characters and the citizens of Azerbaijan in the advertising of alcoholic beverages is prohibited.
The new bill provides for a change of advertising in Article 27 ("counter") of an existing document, told Turan in the parliament. Whole earlier position will be divided into paragraphs and subparagraphs.
For example, section 1.6 of this article prohibits the participation in such advertising is not only famous faces, but the movie and cartoon characters, and animals. Responsible for enforcement, as before, will be the State Committee for Antimonopoly Policy and Support of Entrepreneurship, Ministry of Economic Development.
Earlier (at the joint session of three parliamentary committees on June 21), the project was discussed and agreed upon by experts on culture, economic policy, and legal policy and state building.
At the autumn session of the MM is planned to adopt the document. - 17D-
