Draft Law "On the State Information Systems and Resources"
At the autumn session of Parliament there may be considered related information resources.
According to the Head of the Information Society Department of the Ministry of Communications Isfandiyar Aliyev, the ministry together with the state agency for services to citizens and social innovation under the Presidency (service ASAN) is busy preparing the draft law "On the state information systems and resources."
The document, developed in the framework of the Year of ICT, will be ready by the end of May, then it will be discussed in due course, after which it will be sent to the Administration of the President and the Parliament. The bill reflects the creation and management of information systems, how to use them, aspects of the technical component, information security, and other topical issues that contribute to a long-term existence of the "electronic government". - 17D-
