The purpose of innovation - creating a system by which applicants could pass screening test exams online , and listen to courses in various subjects , thereby increasing the overall level of knowledge. Throughout 2013 the team Rena Akhmedova had implemented the project with funding from a grant by Azercell, and now the team is ready to announce that the Project -Bilik.az is ready to use .
