In Baku, started the installation of address labels on the new rules
The State Property Committee (SPC) proceeded to install targeted tablets of their own design according to European standards, in accordance with the regulations "On the maintenance of the register addresses in the AP and the award addresses the real estate objects."
Until the end of the year address plaques will be installed on all 2,500 streets, avenues, squares and other transport infrastructure in Baku. Starting next year, the process will continue in other cities and regions of the country, they told Turan in SPC. Under the new rules, addresses are awarded not only to the building, but to each of its entrances.
With the assistance of the South Korean company "SK C & C Co LTD" they have developed a unified information system of address register in Azerbaijan. Since January this year addresses the real estate objects are awarded under the new rules. Plates of addresses are made in the Republic of Korea. According to SPC experts, the new rules on the management of addresses will allow citizens, public, private and municipal governments to quickly find the right address.
The new system is created with the technical assistance of the Norwegian Mapping organization that has provided a grant to SPC. - 08D -
