In November 2013 Azerbaijan had least oil production volume
During 11 months, 2013 Azerbaijan extracted 39.5 million tons of oil.
According to the monthly report of the Azerbaijan State Statistical Committee, oil production increased by 100,000 tons or by 0.2% against the same period in 2012.
In January 2013 3,800,000 million tons of oil was extracted, in February -3,400,000 million tons, in March –3,579,000 tons, in April – 3,521,000 tons, in May – 3,800,000 tons, in June – 3,700,000 tons, in July- 3,700,000 tons, in August - 3,600,000 tons, in September – 3,700,000 tons, in October – 3,600,000 tons and in November – 3,400,000 tons.
During 2012 oil production in Azerbaijan totalled 42,900,000 tons, down 2,400,000 tons against 2011.
In November 2013 Azerbaijan had the least oil production volume: the average daily production volume totalled 838,600 barrels. Before that the lowest production volume was only in February 2013 – 898,500 barrels. In September 2013 Azerbaijan extracted in average 912,700 barrels a day.
Why does production go down at such a pace? This will most likely be known at the end of the year when the companies will announce their production showings.—0—
