In the summer season opens charter flight from the island of Rhodes in Baku
Aegean Airlines (Greece) has announced the implementation of harmonization seasonal flights between Baku and the island of Rhodes.
In the Greek Embassy in Azerbaijan they told Turan, in June and September flights will be operated once a week (Wednesday) , and July and August - twice a week (Wednesday and Friday ) .
Rhodes has good transport links (directly or via Athens) with other tourist regions of Greece (Crete, Kos, Santorini and Micon) that may be interesting for Azerbaijani tourists.
Azerbaijani press reports that in the summer Greek airlines plan to offer flights to the island of Crete. However, official confirmation of this has not come yet. 08D

Azerbaijan's financial standing continues to strengthen as the country's foreign currency reserves have surged to $71 billion as of January 1, 2025, according to the Ministry of Finance.
