Invalid received insurance compensation one year later
Baku/11.04.14/Turan : Bureau of compulsory insurance (ISB) paid another payment of $ 1 500 manats in connection with the injury of a citizen as a result of a traffic accident .
As stated in a press release , the accident happened on February 27 last year. Assigned to the victim of the second group disability and compensation paid April 10, 2014 non-cash ( money order ) .
More than a year waiting disability payments for a fixed period of injury due to the expectations specified in the contract. As previously reported , ISB during the past year paid 24 compensation totaling 54,390 manat victims and families of those killed in the accident.
Bureau of compulsory insurance was established in the law "On mandatory types of insurance." Bureau members are currently 14 insurance companies, two of which specialize in life insurance.
This organization carries out compensation and also manages to accumulate financial fund. Fund shall consist of members of entrance fees , security deposit for each type of compulsory insurance ( only 5 species) and by 5 % contribution to the size of the total premiums for compulsory insurance , collected by the Bureau .
Membership fee for the insurance companies who want to become founders and start Bureau is 200 000 manats.
Single deposit for the members of the Bureau on on compulsory Insurance of real estate, compulsory insurance of liability of owners of real estate, compulsory insurance of disability of individuals from accidents and occupational diseases in the production is AZN 100 000. Deposit by CTP and compulsory insurance of passengers is 200,000 manat. - 17D-
