Manat monetary base increased in November by 0.6%
Manat monetary base at the end of November of this year amounted to 9,346 million manat, increasing the reporting month by 55 million or 0.6%.
According to the Central Bank, since the beginning of the year the monetary base has increased 1,070.6 million or 12.9 percent.
Monetary base is the amount of cash and cash commercial banks deposited with the Central Bank as required reserves. With this money the Central Bank fulfills its obligations to commercial banks and government agencies. - 15B -
