NBC Bank Attracts 11.4 Million AZN
The State Committee for Securities registered the issue of shares by JSC NBC Bank. According to the investment company Capital Management, the volume of the issue is 11 million 464 thousand manats.
Total through the Baku Stock Exchange 47,061 shares with a par value of 243.6 AZN each will be placed.
In case of placement of the new shares, the bank's authorized capital will reach 58 million manats.
It should be noted that on March 11 NBC Bank officially announced (https://goo.gl/z2M0Vf) invalid the placement of 20,535 shares, the issue of which was registered in the State Committee for Securities on November 19, 2014. The reasons for the failure are not reported.
Recall that in late January, the Central Bank revoked the banking license, basing its decision on failure to fulfill a number of requirements. However, a week later, on February 1, CBA annulled its decision.

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
