The feature of their funding is that they retired before January 1, 1997, and the law "On Social Security" was adopted later. It is projected that in the next year, the average pension will be 163 manat per month.
Additions to the labor retirement pension will cost the budget more than 260 million manats. This category includes retired civil servants, including members of the Central Executive Committee and members of the judiciary, as well as judges, prosecutors, other law enforcement agencies (about 60 thousand).
The increase in the basic part of labor pensions regards Azerbaijani national heroes, the families of national heroes, members of families of veterans of Karabakh and World War II, disabled veterans and victims of political repression and subsequently rehabilitated citizens will require about 49 million manat.
Basic pension of invalids of the first group will increase by 20% of visually impaired people (also the first group) - 100%. This is 12.5 million manat.
As noted at the session of the Parliament of Azerbaijan, the forecasts of the transfer to the SSPF budget identified AZN 1 billion 77 million, and the total budget deficit is expected to reach 2.63 billion manat. - 17D-
