On March 1, effective standard TV tuners to be started
The State Committee on Standardization, Metrology and Patents (SCSMP) approved standard AZS IEC 62216-2013 "digital terrestrial television receivers for the system DVB-T". The standard is effective from the 1st of March.
The press service of SCSMP told Turan the new national standard is based on the European standard and defines the technical parameters of SD and HD television broadcast receivers. The standard is for operators broadcasting digital television broadcasting and importers of such equipment.
The purpose of the standard is to provide consumers with quality TV broadcast capable of receiving TV signals broadcast tuner, quality stream broadcasting, etc. The standard specifies the requirements for a television receiver capabilities, especially audio and video system, multiplex and to stream, forming video, application program interface, etc. - 08D-
