Privatization of another 70 Facilities Prepared
The State Committee for Property Affairs of Azerbaijan is preparing for the privatization of additional 70 sites.
There is a competition for their evaluation.
Since early September SCPA announced to hold several auctions, which will exhibit no less than 100 small enterprises and facilities.
SCPA notes the privatization is carried out in an electronic format. Exposed to privatization are the enterprises, which are to be privatized by the SCPA decision.
Today in Baku and other cities and regions of the country auctions are held to sell real estate, motor vehicles, as well as shares of privatized JSCs.
On 25 September SCPA announced an auction for the sale of 28 small enterprises (objects of trade, catering services, and warehouses), 8 non-residential premises located in Baku, Sumgait and other cities and regions, as well as 22 vehicles.
The starting value of the property corresponds to its market value, SCPA noted. For example, the total area of 8 non-residential premises in Baku offered to investors on 25 October is 371 square meters. SCPA expects not less than 181,900 AZN from their sale. -----08D
