SOCAR Optimizes Expenses on Azerigaz
The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) in order to optimize the costs established two customer service divisions in Baku on the basis of the production association Azerigaz.
On November 10 on the basis of the gas-operational areas of the Absheron, Binagadi, Khatai, Khazar, Garadagh, Narimanov, Nasimi, Nizami, Sabunchi, Sabail, Yasamal and Surakhani districts, the Baku Regional Gas Operational Department and the Baku Regional Gas Sale Department have been created. The 29th Conference of the Parties (COP29) to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change has taken a significant step towards a unified global response to climate change. On the first day of discussions in Baku, participating countries reached a historic agreement on the rules governing the creation and trade of carbon credits.
