The authorized capital of A-Group stepped over the standard Ministry of Finance
Insurance company A-Group increased its authorized share capital from 4 million 719.75 thousand to AZN 5 mln 400.2 thsd (+12.6%). The ratio set by the Ministry of Finance for the period up to 1 January 2014 is 5 million manat.
According to the website of the financial structure, the shareholders decided to apply the method of conversion, bringing the nominal value of each of the 7 750 shares from 609 to 696.8 manat. The report noted that the program provides for the development of further increase of the authorized capital and the strengthening of capitalization.
The company started in the insurance business in 1995 and provides services for 17 types of insurance.
The founders of the company are PhD, president of Medi Club Sabir Adnayev and two other individuals.
The company is a leader for many years the collection of premiums and payment of LCA.
The paid-up share capital of A-Group by April 5 was equal to 4,719,750 manats. - 17D -
