Insurance company Qarant Sigorta earned a net profit of $ 1 million, 71.31 million manat.
According to the company's financial statements, the auditor's report confirmed that, last year, total revenues were 10 million 262.73 thousand mantas, including insurance premiums amounted to AZN 8 million, commissions from reinsurance operations - AZN 1.1 million, investment income - 335.09 thousand manats. The remaining income for the year was obtained in other items.
The company's expenses in the last year amounted to 9 million 152.55 thousand manats. Among them is a large part of the volume of insurance payments - 1 million 543.22 thousand manats, then there are the following positions: return on premiums - 590.61 thsd AZN, to conduct insurance business - 3.1 million manat, finance, transferred reinsurance - 3.9 million manat, and so on.
According to the report, supported by an auditor's report, last year the assets of the company increased by 14.13% - up to 12 million 668.86 thousand manats, equity - by 26.4% - up to 4 189,73 million manats, obligations to partners - by 8.01% to 8 million 479.13 thousand manats.
In addition, last year the volume of deposits placed in banks, increased by 12.2% - up to 3 million 946.51 thousand manats. Social contributions (256.51 million manat) accounted for most of the required payments for social insurance.
Qarant Sigorta Insurance Company began operations on November 27 of 2007.
The founder of the company is ZQAN Holding.
The company provides services on 18 types of voluntary and 4 types of compulsory insurance.
