There is a growing construction of social rehabilitation centers
The Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare to the end of the year will launch a specialized rehabilitation center for needy citizens and social shelter for minors. In the village Zabrat of the Sabunchu district of the capital the Education and Rehabilitation Center for the Blind and visually impaired people will be built, the press-service of the ministry said.
In addition, the Gobustan region is ready to host a center for social adaptation of persons released from serving part of their sentence in prisons.
In a specialized rehabilitation center and social shelter will be provided social and psychological services, and legal assistance to children who are in a difficult position.
According to the ministry, after the successful practice of action of these objects, their counterparts will be built in the city of Ganja, as well as Aghjabadi, Guba, Masalli, Sheki, Tovuz, Ismailly and Salyan regions. Specialized rehabilitation centers are designed for 30, and social seekers - for 25 people.

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN.
