There are no Armenian prisoners of war in Azerbaijan; however, as members of the sabotage group that arrived in Azerbaijan after the signing of the trilateral declaration and committed a terrorist act, as well as members of the sabotage group who mined roads in Kalbajar, they are not prisoners of war, she said.
When it comes to a direct dialogue between the parties, it is already underway at the level of the Deputy Prime Ministers of Azerbaijan, Armenia and Russia. At the same time, France plays no role in the process.
