Azerbaijani authorities appointed a local Armenian as commandant of Khankendi
Baku/03.10.23/Turan: Sargis Galstyan was appointed commandant of Khankendi by the administration of the President of Azerbaijan, Armenian media report.
According to the same sources, Galstyan was previously the deputy head of the apparatus of the so-called “Ministry of Education” of the separatist regime. In the past, he was also an official of the occupation administration of the Shusha region.—06B-
